About this supplement

Advantame is a high-intensity, non-caloric artificial sweetener derived from aspartame and vanillin. It is approximately 20,000 times sweeter than sucrose and 100 times sweeter than aspartame. Chemically, it is N-[N-[3-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-α-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester. It is heat-stable and suitable for cooking and baking applications. Approved as a food additive by regulatory bodies including the FDA and EFSA, it is used in a wide variety of foods and beverages.
